Snack for Kids in Community School is an important initiative spearheaded by Southeast Minnesota Food Rescue and Redistribution: our Equity Eats Program. This program is dedicated to providing fresh, nutritious snacks to children facing barriers to accessing healthy food in our community.
Many local children struggle with limited access to fresh fruits and vegetables, which are crucial for their growth and development. To address this issue, we are partnering with local farmers to source fresh produce and deliver it directly to those in need. However, to make this vision a reality, we need your support.
How You Can Help: Please make a donation, or offer to sponsor a specific distribution today. This will allow us to purchase additional fresh produce and cover logistical costs. Every dollar helps us to ensure that more children receive the nutritious food they deserve.
Spread the Word: Share our mission with friends, family, and colleagues. The more people know about our program, the greater the impact we can make together.
Thank you in advance for your support and sposorship
